*New Zealand embassy fee includes a mandatory $35 fee imposed by the New Zealand Department of Tourism.


**Please include embassy fees, our service fees and return delivery payment or a completed air bill. Incomplete payment, incomplete applications or documents and wrong application form will cause a delay in processing the above visa application.

** The service fees are non-refundable, once we receive your documents and start processing them. Due to the high volume of applications being submitted, the processing times may be delayed by the Passport Agency. While such situations are beyond our control, we will do everything possible to accommodate your trip and will call you immediately to let you know about the status of your application.

STARTING OCTOBER 1, 2019 US CITIZENS MUST HOLD AN E-VISA TO TRAVEL TO NEW ZEALAND. IF YOU HAVE A NON-US PASSPORT, PLEASE CALL OR E-MAIL AND WE'LL CONFIRM IF YOU QUALIFY FOR AN E-VISA.


STEP 1. Gather the following documents according to the purpose of your trip:


TOURIST & BUSINESS REQUIREMENTS

  • Copy of US Passport- must be at least 6 mo. valid with 2-3 clear visa pages

  • One passport photo on white background (must be emailed in jpeg format)

  • One Application Form (click here to download)

  • One IVS Order Form (click here to download)



STEP 2. Send all documents for processing to cs@ivsdc.com:


Please note New Zealand visas for US citizens are electronic, therefore original documents are not needed. We will process the approval for your visa and will e-mail you an official receipt.  All visas are valid for multiple entries within 2 years from the date of issuance for a stay of up to 90 days.
