STEP 1. Gather the following documents according to the purpose of your trip:


TOURIST REQUIREMENTS

  • Original signed passport- must be valid for at least 6mo with 2-3 clear visa pages

  • One passport photo (2"x2")- must be taken within last 2-3 months

  • One Application Form (click here to download)

  • One IVS Order Form (click here to download)

  • Invitation letter from a travel agency or an individual. Must be notarized at City Hall AND  legalized by DRC Ministry of Foreign Affairs AND submitted with formal declaration of liability "engagement de prise en charge" issued by Direction Generale de Migrations.

  • Copy of round trip itinerary

  • Yellow Fever Vaccination card (copies accepted)

  • Copy of Green Card for non-US citizens


BUSINESS REQUIREMENTS

  • Copy of round trip itinerary
