*Please include embassy fees, our service fees and return delivery payment or a completed air bill. Incomplete payment, incomplete applications or documents and wrong application form will cause a delay in processing the above visa application.

** The service fees are non-refundable, once we receive your documents and start processing them. Due to the high volume of applications being submitted, the processing times may be delayed by the Passport Agency. While such situations are beyond our control, we will do everything possible to accommodate your trip and will call you immediately to let you know about the status of your application.

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT: All Chinese Consulates will be implementing a new submission/processing systems of Chinese visas starting September 29th. The details of the new system have not been released yet. Chinese Consulates will be closed October 1-3 for national holidays and to update their system. We should be able to get specifics on the new procedures the week of October 6th. Since this directive is coming directly from China, even the consulates’ employees do not yet know how the new system will work. Please expect delays in processing as the new system is implemented. We will provide regular updates by email to all applicants as we find out more information. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

STEP 1. Gather the following documents according to the purpose of your trip:

TOURIST REQUIREMENTS

• Original signed passport- must be at least 1yr valid with 2-3 clear visa pages
  

• Onepassport photo (2"x2")- must be taken within last 2-3 months.
  

• One Application Form (click here to download)
  

• One Where You Stay Form (click here to download)
  

• One IVS Order Form (click here to download)
  

• Copy of applicant's driver's license (front & back)
  

• Copy of the previous visa to China (if your visa is in the old passport and expired, please include a copy of the visa and your old passport)
  

• Copy of Green Card for non-US citizens
  

BUSINESS REQUIREMENTS- If you already have a valid visa, you do NOT need to apply for a new one

• Onepassport photo (2"x2")- on white background, must be taken within last 2-3 months. 
  

• One Application Form (click here to download). Application must be typed and all fields must be filled in (put "N/A" if some of the questions do not apply to you).
  

• One Where You Stay Form (click here to download)
  

• One IVS Order Form (click here to download)
  

• One business letter from US Company, must be addressed to "Chinese Consulate" (click here to download a sample)
  

• One letter of invitation from a company in China (must be on company letterhead and include company stamp & applicant's passport info, travel dates and must be addressed to "Chinese Consulate")
  

• Copy of previous Chinese visa (if your visa is in the old passport and expired, please include a copy of the visa and your old passport)
  

• Copy of your driver's license (front & back)
  

• Copy of Green Card for non-US citizens
